She produced a well-received local public television show, "Outrageous Women", from 1988-1995, featuring interviews with local notables from the African American, community such as Dr. Shirley Kennedy and Mrs. Anita Mackey. Among the many shows she produced are "A Tribute to Chumash Elders", segments on journalist Charlayne Hunter-Gault, Reverend Leander Wilkes a local religious leader and father of NBA basketball star Jamal Wilkes, and local Chicano muralist Manuel Unzueta.
