Martinez, furniture store owner, today became the sixth candidate to file for election to the San Fernando City Council in April 8 balloting...He is a member of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, the Los Angeles Mexican Chamber of Commerce, the Council for Mexican-American Affairs, the advisory council of the California State Employment Service, the Pan American Optimist Club and the Los Angeles County Tuberculosis Association."
